Make proposal ownership easier to confirm
When a proposal tracker page is created, Notis can list Nusii users so you can confirm who is available to own or review the proposal. This small checkpoint can help prevent an important proposal from sitting between people.
Trigger
Page Created
Triggers when a new Notion page is created. Customer optionally scopes with at most one of: - data_source_id: new row in this data source - parent_page_id: new sub-page under this page (immediate parent only) With neither set, fires for any new page in the workspace the integration has access to. Notion sends ~60s aggregation latency on most events.
Action
List Users
Tool to retrieve all users in paginated format. Use when you need to list users in the Nusii system. Supports pagination via page and per parameters.
Why this helps
It can be unclear who should handle a proposal when team ownership is not visible in the same place as the work.
- Make team ownership easier to check at intake.
- Reduce delays caused by uncertainty about who should take the next step.
- Get the Nusii user context without a separate lookup.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Notion and Nusii proposals to Notis once through the portal.
- 2Create an automation with one prompt asking Notis to list users for a proposal ownership check.
- 3Select the Notion Page Created trigger for the proposal tracker data source.
- 4Choose a report channel and test with a newly created tracker page.
Questions about this workflow
Does this assign a proposal owner?
No. It lists Nusii users to support an ownership decision.
Can this help with a small team?
Yes. A current user list can still make it easier to decide who should review or handle the proposal.

Supported Triggers and Actions
Notis builds workflows that link Notion to Nusii proposals. A trigger fires from one place; an action lands in another.
Notion triggers
Nusii proposals actions
Recurring trigger
Notis starts this workflow on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or during business hours.
Archive Proposal
Tool to archive a specific proposal in Nusii. Use when you need to archive a proposal that is no longer active.
Webhook trigger
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Create Client
Tool to create a new client in Nusii Proposals. Use when you need to add a client with their contact and business details. Returns the created client's information including unique identifier.
All Page Events
Triggers when any Notion page is created or updated across the workspace.
Create Line Item
Tool to create a line item within a proposal section. Use when you need to add a cost item to a specific section of a proposal.
Comment Created
Triggers when a new comment is created in Notion. Optional `page_id` filter scopes to comments on a specific page. When omitted, fires for any new comment in the workspace the integration has access to. Requires the 'Read comments' capability on the Notion integration. If a connection was authorized before that capability was enabled, the user must re-authorize the connection for comment events to flow.
Create Proposal
Tool to create a new proposal in Nusii. Use when you need to initialize a proposal with title, client information, and optional configuration settings.
New Comment
Triggers when a new comment is added to a specified Notion block or page.
Create Section
Tool to create a section for a proposal or template in Nusii Proposals. Use when you need to add a new section to a proposal or template.
Database Created
Triggers when a new Notion database (the container) is created. A database is the post-2025-09-03 container that holds one or more data sources. This trigger fires for the container's creation event (`database.created`), distinct from `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` which fires when a new data source is added to an existing database. Most customers calling Notion's `POST /v1/databases` (the legacy API) or creating a database via the Notion UI will see this event. Adding a new data source to an existing database fires `data_source.created` instead — use `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` for that. Notion's payload puts `entity.type: "block"` (the container is a `child_database` block in the content tree) and `entity.id` is the database id.
Create Webhook Endpoint
Tool to create a webhook endpoint to subscribe to Nusii events. Use when you need to register a new webhook for receiving event notifications.
Data Source Created
Triggers when a new Notion data source is created. Fires workspace-wide. The payload's `data.parent` carries the data source's tree parent (typically the teamspace) for downstream filtering. A single template-based database creation can fire multiple `data_source.created` events at once — one per data source the template instantiates.
Delete a client
Tool to delete a specific client from Nusii account. Use when you need to permanently remove a client record.
Data Source Schema Updated
Triggers when a Notion data source's schema is updated. Fires on column add / remove / rename. Payload includes `data.updated_properties: [{id, name, action}]` so consumers can discriminate the kind of change downstream. Optional `data_source_id` filter scopes to schema changes on a single data source. When omitted, fires for any schema change in the workspace the integration has access to. Note: adding a column also fires `page.properties_updated` once per existing row in the data source. Customers wanting a single structural-change signal should use this trigger.
Delete Line Item
Tool to delete a line item from Nusii. Use when you need to remove a specific line item by its ID.
