Connect Notion to Chatwork
When something happens in Notion, Notis takes the next step in Chatwork. Describe what you want in plain English, or start from one of the examples below.

Ways Notis can move work from Notion to Chatwork
Share new launch briefs in Chatwork
When a launch brief is added to a Notion database, share the brief file in the relevant Chatwork room with a short context note.
Surface changed priorities in Chatwork
When a Notion page's properties change, check the relevant Chatwork conversation and provide its recent context to help the team respond without reopening old threads manually.
Bring Notion comments together with room discussion
When a Notion comment arrives, retrieve recent Chatwork room messages and give the founder a compact view of both discussion threads.
Share updated process guides with the team
When the body of a process guide changes in Notion, share the updated guide file in its Chatwork room so people can refer to the current instructions.
Check Chatwork rooms for a new project
When a project page is created in Notion, retrieve the Chatwork room list so Notis can surface likely rooms to use for coordination.
Check Chatwork load after deadline changes
When a Notion deadline or schedule property changes, retrieve Chatwork status so the founder can check unread messages and open task counts before replanning.
Check Chatwork contacts for new client records
When a client record is added to Notion, retrieve Chatwork contacts so Notis can help identify existing contact details for the relationship.
Review room members for new project subpages
When a subpage is added beneath a project hub, retrieve members of the relevant Chatwork room to help the founder check who is included.
Orient new Notion views with existing team rooms
When a Notion view is created, retrieve available Chatwork rooms so Notis can help the team choose an existing place to discuss the new workflow.
Supported Triggers and Actions
Notis builds workflows that link Notion to Chatwork. A trigger fires from one place; an action lands in another.
Notion triggers
Chatwork actions
Recurring trigger
Notis starts this workflow on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or during business hours.
Delete Message
This tool allows you to delete a specific message from a chatwork room by calling the delete endpoint at https://api.chatwork.com/v2/rooms/{room id}/messages/{message id}. it requires authentication using a chatwork api token provided in the x-chatworktoken header, and the necessary permissions to delete messages in the specified room.
Webhook trigger
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Get Chatwork Contacts
This tool retrieves a list of all contacts from chatwork. it is a fundamental tool that fetches all contact information such as account id, room id, name, chatwork id, organization details, department, and avatar image url, without needing additional parameters beyond authentication.
All Page Events
Triggers when any Notion page is created or updated across the workspace.
Get Chatwork File
This tool retrieves information about a specific file in a chat room. the api endpoint get /v2/rooms/{room id}/files/{file id} provides file details such as file id, account id, message id, filename, filesize, upload time, and download url, which are useful for retrieving file metadata, verifying file existence, and managing file sharing within chatwork.
Comment Created
Triggers when a new comment is created in Notion. Optional `page_id` filter scopes to comments on a specific page. When omitted, fires for any new comment in the workspace the integration has access to. Requires the 'Read comments' capability on the Notion integration. If a connection was authorized before that capability was enabled, the user must re-authorize the connection for comment events to flow.
Get My Chatwork Status
This tool retrieves the current status of the authenticated user, including unread message counts and task status. it provides a quick overview of unread messages, mentions, and tasks, making it valuable for monitoring chatwork activity and building automation workflows.
New Comment
Triggers when a new comment is added to a specified Notion block or page.
Get Room Members
This tool retrieves a list of all members in a specified chatwork room using the endpoint get /rooms/{room id}/members. it provides essential details like account id, role, name, chatwork id, organization id, and organization name, complementing the existing suite of room management tools.
Database Created
Triggers when a new Notion database (the container) is created. A database is the post-2025-09-03 container that holds one or more data sources. This trigger fires for the container's creation event (`database.created`), distinct from `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` which fires when a new data source is added to an existing database. Most customers calling Notion's `POST /v1/databases` (the legacy API) or creating a database via the Notion UI will see this event. Adding a new data source to an existing database fires `data_source.created` instead — use `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` for that. Notion's payload puts `entity.type: "block"` (the container is a `child_database` block in the content tree) and `entity.id` is the database id.
Get Room Messages
This tool retrieves messages from a specific chatwork room using the get https://api.chatwork.com/v2/rooms/{room id}/messages endpoint. it requires a room id parameter and an optional force flag to refresh the cache by retrieving the 100 newest messages.
Data Source Created
Triggers when a new Notion data source is created. Fires workspace-wide. The payload's `data.parent` carries the data source's tree parent (typically the teamspace) for downstream filtering. A single template-based database creation can fire multiple `data_source.created` events at once — one per data source the template instantiates.
Get Chatwork Rooms
This tool retrieves a list of all chat rooms associated with the authenticated chatwork account. it includes group chats, direct chats, and personal chats, and does not require any additional parameters beyond authentication.
Data Source Schema Updated
Triggers when a Notion data source's schema is updated. Fires on column add / remove / rename. Payload includes `data.updated_properties: [{id, name, action}]` so consumers can discriminate the kind of change downstream. Optional `data_source_id` filter scopes to schema changes on a single data source. When omitted, fires for any schema change in the workspace the integration has access to. Note: adding a column also fires `page.properties_updated` once per existing row in the data source. Customers wanting a single structural-change signal should use this trigger.
Upload File to Chatwork Room
This tool allows users to upload files to a specific chatwork room. it enables file sharing functionality within the chatwork platform by providing an endpoint to upload files (along with an optional message) to a given room.
Four ways to start an automation.
A trigger is the event that kicks a workflow off. Notis supports four kinds: an event in a connected app, an inbound webhook, a recurring schedule, and soon, your own database.
Integration triggers
Fire when something happens inside a connected app. New Notion page, Stripe charge, Linear issue: any of 1,000+ apps can start a workflow.
Webhook triggers
A unique URL per workflow. Anything that can send an HTTP POST can start an automation, including no-code tools that speak webhooks.
Recurring triggers
Cron-style schedules run a workflow on the clock. Daily standups, hourly syncs, business-hours-only digests: the workhorse of Notis.
Database triggers
Watch a row, query, or threshold in your own database and fire the moment the data changes. Row inserted, value crosses a limit, query starts matching.
Classic automation breaks. AI adapts.
Same triggers and actions, smarter middle. AI handles the fuzziness that breaks traditional Zapier-style workflows the moment a field gets renamed.
