Connect Notion to Fluxguard
When something happens in Notion, Notis takes the next step in Fluxguard. Describe what you want in plain English, or start from one of the examples below.

Ways Notis can move work from Notion to Fluxguard
Start monitoring when a launch page is created
When a launch plan adds a page URL in Notion, have Notis ask Fluxguard to monitor it so launch checks begin without a separate setup task.
Create Fluxguard categories from Notion planning
When a Notion page property update signals a new monitoring group, have Notis create the corresponding Fluxguard category for organizing sites.
Look up an alert when a Notion comment flags a change
When someone comments about a website change in Notion, have Notis retrieve matching Fluxguard alert details to give the discussion useful context.
Send change data when incident notes are updated
When a Notion incident page's content changes, have Notis send the relevant Fluxguard change data to a configured webhook endpoint for downstream handling.
Prepare a webhook when a monitoring record is added
When a new Notion monitoring record is created, have Notis create a Fluxguard webhook as part of the setup requested in the record.
Remove a webhook when its Notion status changes
When a Notion page is updated to mark a webhook as retired, have Notis remove the corresponding Fluxguard webhook to keep configuration tidy.
Delete a Fluxguard site when its Notion record is retired
When a Notion site record is created in a retired state, have Notis remove the corresponding Fluxguard site as part of a defined decommissioning process.
Refresh a site inventory after a Notion schema change
When the monitoring data source schema changes, have Notis retrieve the Fluxguard site inventory so the team can review its tracking setup against the updated structure.
Check configured webhooks when a Notion view is created
When a new Notion view signals a workflow change, have Notis retrieve configured Fluxguard webhooks so the team can check its notification setup.
Supported Triggers and Actions
Notis builds workflows that link Notion to Fluxguard. A trigger fires from one place; an action lands in another.
Notion triggers
Fluxguard actions
Recurring trigger
Notis starts this workflow on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or during business hours.
Acknowledge Fluxguard Alert
Tool to acknowledge an alert, marking it as reviewed. Since Fluxguard's public API does not currently expose an acknowledge endpoint, we perform a real API call to the official sample webhook endpoint to validate the alert context and return a synthetic acknowledgment payload.
Webhook trigger
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Add FluxGuard Page
Tool to add a new page for monitoring. Use when you need to start monitoring a URL by adding it to FluxGuard.
All Page Events
Triggers when any Notion page is created or updated across the workspace.
Create FluxGuard Site Category
Tool to create a new site category in FluxGuard. Use when you need to group your sites under custom categories before monitoring. Invoke after authenticating your account.
Comment Created
Triggers when a new comment is created in Notion. Optional `page_id` filter scopes to comments on a specific page. When omitted, fires for any new comment in the workspace the integration has access to. Requires the 'Read comments' capability on the Notion integration. If a connection was authorized before that capability was enabled, the user must re-authorize the connection for comment events to flow.
Create Webhook
Tool to create a new webhook for receiving notifications about monitored pages. Use when you need to receive change notifications via HTTP POST to your endpoint.
New Comment
Triggers when a new comment is added to a specified Notion block or page.
Delete Fluxguard Page
Tool to delete a monitored page. Use when you need to permanently remove a page and its data after confirming the site and session IDs.
Database Created
Triggers when a new Notion database (the container) is created. A database is the post-2025-09-03 container that holds one or more data sources. This trigger fires for the container's creation event (`database.created`), distinct from `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` which fires when a new data source is added to an existing database. Most customers calling Notion's `POST /v1/databases` (the legacy API) or creating a database via the Notion UI will see this event. Adding a new data source to an existing database fires `data_source.created` instead — use `NOTION_DATASOURCE_CREATED` for that. Notion's payload puts `entity.type: "block"` (the container is a `child_database` block in the content tree) and `entity.id` is the database id.
Delete Fluxguard Site
Tool to delete a monitored site. Use when you need to permanently remove a site and all its data.
Data Source Created
Triggers when a new Notion data source is created. Fires workspace-wide. The payload's `data.parent` carries the data source's tree parent (typically the teamspace) for downstream filtering. A single template-based database creation can fire multiple `data_source.created` events at once — one per data source the template instantiates.
Delete Webhook
Tool to delete a webhook. Use when you need to remove a webhook by its ID.
Data Source Schema Updated
Triggers when a Notion data source's schema is updated. Fires on column add / remove / rename. Payload includes `data.updated_properties: [{id, name, action}]` so consumers can discriminate the kind of change downstream. Optional `data_source_id` filter scopes to schema changes on a single data source. When omitted, fires for any schema change in the workspace the integration has access to. Note: adding a column also fires `page.properties_updated` once per existing row in the data source. Customers wanting a single structural-change signal should use this trigger.
Get FluxGuard Account Data
Tool to retrieve general account information for your FluxGuard organization. Use when you need to fetch organization’s account attributes after authenticating.
Four ways to start an automation.
A trigger is the event that kicks a workflow off. Notis supports four kinds: an event in a connected app, an inbound webhook, a recurring schedule, and soon, your own database.
Integration triggers
Fire when something happens inside a connected app. New Notion page, Stripe charge, Linear issue: any of 1,000+ apps can start a workflow.
Webhook triggers
A unique URL per workflow. Anything that can send an HTTP POST can start an automation, including no-code tools that speak webhooks.
Recurring triggers
Cron-style schedules run a workflow on the clock. Daily standups, hourly syncs, business-hours-only digests: the workhorse of Notis.
Database triggers
Watch a row, query, or threshold in your own database and fire the moment the data changes. Row inserted, value crosses a limit, query starts matching.
Classic automation breaks. AI adapts.
Same triggers and actions, smarter middle. AI handles the fuzziness that breaks traditional Zapier-style workflows the moment a field gets renamed.
Describe it. Notis builds it.
Skip the visual builder. Tell Notis what you want, in plain English. It writes the workflow, you review and deploy.
