Why this helps
Old batches accumulate and make active campaign management harder.
- Keeps batch lists manageable
- Aligns cleanup with a deliberate archive
- Reduces clutter in voice operations
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Trello and Bolna in Notis once.
- 2Create an automation requiring the archived card to identify an obsolete batch for deletion.
- 3Pick the Trello Card Archived trigger.
- 4Choose a report channel and test only with a disposable obsolete batch.
Questions about this workflow
Is deletion reversible?
Treat this as a permanent cleanup action and only target batches confirmed obsolete.
What if the card is archived by mistake?
