Delete a Bolna batch from a new cleanup slide
Remove retired campaign batches when the cleanup decision is recorded.
Trigger
New Slide Added
Fires when a new slide is added to a Google Slides presentation.
Action
Delete batch by id
Delete a batch
Why this helps
Old batches remain in systems because cleanup tasks fall behind planning work.
- Clear retired batch clutter
- Require explicit cleanup approval
- Keep the action traceable
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Google Slides and Bolna in Notis once.
- 2Create an automation named Slide to batch retirement.
- 3Tell Notis to act only on an explicit deletion approval, identify the batch id, and delete that Bolna batch.
- 4Pick Google Slides New Slide Added as the trigger and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with a reviewed campaign cleanup slide.
Questions about this workflow
What prevents accidental deletion?
The instruction requires explicit approval and a specific batch id in the slide context.
Can it delete multiple batches at once?
Use one clearly identified batch per run unless the slide provides unambiguous instructions.
