Why this helps
People can begin the week with different assumptions about what matters most.
- Make priority setting a predictable team habit
- Surface blocked work early
- Reduce ambiguity about what needs attention
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Dailybot once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, or tell Notis to create it.
- 3Tell Notis to send a Dailybot message asking for top priorities, blocked work, and any decision needed.
- 4Choose a recurring schedule and a channel for run reports.
- 5Test with one real scheduled run.
Questions about this workflow
Can the reminder decide the team's priorities?
No. It asks people to state their priorities; it does not choose them.
Can the message be sent to a room or users?
