Email published course credentials on request
Once a course credential is published, a request can start its delivery without a manual handoff.
Trigger
Webhook received
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Action
Send a Credential
Sends a published credential by email.
Why this helps
Credential delivery requests can get lost while teams check publishing status and prepare emails separately.
- Deliver a published credential by email
- Keep the publishing prerequisite explicit
- Avoid a separate manual send step
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Anthropic administrator and Certifier once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and name it.
- 3Describe the outcome: send the requested credential by email only after confirming it is published.
- 4Pick the webhook trigger and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real request for a published credential.
