Find contact emails from parsed lists
Move a parsed contact list into a bulk email-finding job without manually restarting the process.
Trigger
Webhook received
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Action
Bulk Email Finder
Finds email addresses in bulk from a contacts file.
Why this helps
Rekeying a list into a separate email finder creates busywork and makes jobs easier to lose track of.
- Start a bulk finder job from parsed contact data.
- Keep job details in a run report.
- Reduce repeated transfer work between parsing and prospecting.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Airparser and Clearout once in Notis.
- 2Create an automation in Notis or tell Notis the outcome you want.
- 3Ask Notis to submit the parsed contact list to Clearout's bulk email finder and report the job details.
- 4Choose a webhook trigger and test with a representative list.
- 5Choose where run reports go.
