Action

Find relevant cards using a natural language search.
Why this helps
Project context gets scattered when a new brief arrives and the related Trello work is hard to locate.
- Search existing cards using the brief's distinctive terms.
- Bring related lists and boards into the review.
- Reduce duplicate task creation caused by missed context.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Airparser and Api labz once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation and describe what project details Notis should use in Trello search.
- 3Pick the webhook trigger for parsed project briefs.
- 4Choose where run reports go and test with one real brief.
Questions about this workflow
Does it understand the project brief without Airparser?
Airparser is the source for extracted structure. This workflow expects the parsed brief context to reach Notis through the webhook.
Can the action assign tasks based on the search?
No. The listed action searches Trello. Assignment or card updates are not included.
