Why this helps
After initiating document exports, it is easy to lose track of the job history and follow-up.
- Review export history without manually paging through it.
- Summarize returned jobs for easier follow-up.
- Start a check when a real export follow-up is needed.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Ai ml api and Cloudpress once in Notis.
- 2Create an automation in Notis and name it.
- 3In one instruction, ask Notis to retrieve Cloudpress document export history and summarize the returned jobs.
- 4Pick the Notis webhook trigger and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real webhook request and review the export report.
Questions about this workflow

No. The available Cloudpress action retrieves a paginated list of document exports after export jobs have been initiated.
Can it confirm an export succeeded?
It can summarize information present in the returned export history, but it cannot verify details the action does not return.
