Action

Why this helps
Useful instructions in a voice note can be hard to pass along when the next person has to find time to listen.
- Give the next person a text version to scan.
- Keep supplied project context beside the transcription.
- Avoid requiring everyone in a handoff to replay the same note.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect AI ML API and Astica AI once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, or tell Notis from any channel.
- 3Describe the outcome: transcribe each supplied voice note and return the text with its project handoff context.
- 4Choose the webhook trigger and select where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real voice note and confirm the result is readable.
