Why this helps
Audit findings lose momentum when turning them into a clear report requires a separate manual design session.
- Convert recurring audit review into a shareable report workflow.
- Keep the findings and report creation in one automation run.
- Receive run reports that help you follow up on the export.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Ahrefs and Canva once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and name it.
- 3Tell Notis to summarize current Ahrefs audit findings into a Canva report design and start an export.
- 4Pick a recurring schedule and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real audit example and review the export status.
Questions about this workflow
Does this workflow decide which audit issues matter?
You can instruct Notis to prioritize findings using information returned by Ahrefs and your stated business priorities. Any baseline or impact data not returned must be supplied by you.
Will the export always succeed?
Canva starts an asynchronous export job, and results can depend on the design and export format. Review the run report for the outcome.
