Why this helps
Keyword ideas in screenshot form are hard to sort, check, and reuse later.
- Extract visible keyword text from an image.
- Include supplied Ahrefs context in the run report.
- Reduce tedious manual transcription.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Ahrefs and Astica ai once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and name it.
- 3Describe the outcome in one instruction: extract visible keywords from each submitted list screenshot and include any supplied Ahrefs context in the report.
- 4Pick a webhook trigger and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real keyword list screenshot.
Questions about this workflow
Does this check search volume?
No. OCR extracts visible image text. Provide Ahrefs data separately if the review should include metrics.
Will it recover text that is cut off?
No. The image needs to show the text clearly for OCR to capture it.
