Why this helps
Prospect details can get stranded in screenshots, making follow-up and review harder.
- Extract visible prospect details from submitted images.
- Keep supplied Ahrefs context with the OCR result.
- Make manual review more focused.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Ahrefs and Astica ai once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and name it.
- 3Describe the outcome in one instruction: extract visible text from each submitted prospect screenshot and include its supplied Ahrefs context in the report.
- 4Pick a webhook trigger and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real prospect screenshot.
