Action
Search Credentials

Why this helps
Award records and issued credentials can drift apart when teams check them in separate tools.
- Spot missing or unexpected credentials
- Reduce manual cross-checking
- Get a recurring report of records that need review
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Agenty and Certifier once in Notis.
- 2Create an automation and ask Notis to collect verified award records and search Certifier for matching credentials.
- 3Choose a recurring Notis schedule for the review.
- 4Choose where Notis should send run reports.
- 5Test with one real award record and confirm the search results are useful.
Questions about this workflow
Does this issue new credentials?
No. It searches Certifier credentials and reports matching results for review.
What if award records do not include a recipient or award identifier?
Supply the missing matching details in the automation prompt or source records; Notis cannot infer data that Agenty does not return.
