Why this helps
Document reviews can slip when they depend on remembering to open Boloforms and scan its list.
- Put a document review on a predictable schedule.
- See a concise summary of the current returned list.
- Keep the review in your chosen report channel.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Agenty and Boloforms once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and give it a name and prompt.
- 3In one instruction, ask Notis to retrieve the Boloforms document list and summarize the records returned for a weekly review.
- 4Pick a recurring schedule and choose where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real example and confirm the summary sticks to information in the returned list.
Questions about this workflow
Does the weekly overview compare this week with last week?
Only if you supply the earlier list or another baseline. The Boloforms action retrieves a document list and does not establish historical comparisons by itself.
Can I choose when the overview runs?
Yes. Pick a recurring schedule when setting up the Notis automation.
