Why this helps
Starting the day by opening several monitoring tools makes it easy to miss a useful reading or lose time to scattered checks.
- See recent readings in a scheduled report
- Reduce the number of separate morning checks
- Include Agenty monitoring context when supplied
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Agenty and Ambient Weather once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create a Notis automation for a scheduled readings summary.
- 3Tell Notis to fetch the latest Ambient Weather device readings and summarize them with any Agenty monitoring context you provide.
- 4Choose the recurring schedule and where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real run and confirm the readings and supplied context appear as expected.
Questions about this workflow
Does the schedule make Agenty run a scrape?
No. The schedule starts the Notis automation. Include Agenty monitoring context only if it is available to the automation.
Can the report show historical trends?
The available Ambient Weather action returns the latest device data. Historical trend analysis would need historical data supplied separately.
