Why this helps
Workspace usage and limits are easy to overlook until a campaign or client workflow needs a capability the plan may not support.
- Review plan and usage information in one report
- Keep workspace limits visible during planning
- Spot details that need an account owner to investigate
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect AgencyZoom and Dub once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation by telling Notis the outcome you want in plain language.
- 3Ask Notis to retrieve Dub workspace details and summarize the plan, usage limits, domains, and configuration relevant to agency links.
- 4Choose a recurring schedule and select where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real workspace report and confirm the information you need is returned.
Questions about this workflow
Will this upgrade the Dub plan if usage is high?
No. It retrieves workspace details for review and does not change the plan.
Can the report predict future usage?
It can report current details Dub returns. A forecast requires historical usage data or assumptions that you provide.
