Review document export history in your regular follow-up

Notis starts this workflow on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or during business hours.
Action
List Document Exports
Lists your document export history.
Why this helps
Export follow-up can slip when it depends on remembering to open another app and inspect its history.
- Create a predictable point to review export records.
- Summarize returned history for easier follow-up.
- Keep document handoffs visible in recurring operations.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Affinity and Cloudpress once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Notis and name it for export-history follow-up.
- 3Tell Notis to retrieve Cloudpress document export history and summarize records returned for review.
- 4Pick a recurring schedule and choose where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real run and confirm the report does not claim details absent from the history.
Questions about this workflow
Does this create or retry exports?
No. The available action retrieves the export history; it does not start or retry jobs.
Can it identify overdue exports?
Only if the returned records and the information you provide include enough context to determine that. Missing timing or expected-delivery details must be supplied.
