Why this helps
When teams cannot find an existing image or its description, they may repeat work or miss useful metadata.
- Search for existing assets using document context.
- Review matching images and current descriptions together.
- Avoid unnecessary duplicate image processing.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Affinda and AltText.ai once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and give it a name.
- 3In one instruction, ask Notis to search AltText.ai using relevant keywords in the incoming Affinda payload and summarize matching images and alt text.
- 4Choose the webhook trigger and select where run reports should go.
- 5Test with one real document payload containing a distinctive keyword.
