Why this helps
When research materials are scattered across folders, finding the right place to put or locate supporting documents takes repeated effort.
- See the folder hierarchy on a regular schedule.
- Review folder IDs and names without opening multiple tools.
- Spot missing context or organization gaps for a person to resolve.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Adyntel and AlgoDocs once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, or describe it to Notis in plain language.
- 3In one instruction, ask Notis to list the AlgoDocs folder hierarchy and summarize folders relevant to competitor ad research, using only supplied context for relevance.
- 4Pick notis_cron as the recurring schedule trigger.
- 5Choose a report channel and test once against the current folder list.
