Stop a stalled Adrapid upload
When a handoff is no longer needed, cancel the exact Cincopa upload instead of leaving it running.
Trigger
Webhook received
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Action
Abort Asset Upload From URL
Aborts an asset upload that is in progress.
Why this helps
Mistaken or stalled uploads consume attention and may continue longer than intended.
- Stops an explicitly identified upload
- Avoids cancelling the wrong transfer
- Creates a cancellation record
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Adrapid and Cincopa once.
- 2Create an automation for upload cancellation.
- 3Describe that Notis should abort only the supplied status id when the webhook gives explicit cancellation authority.
- 4Choose notis_webhook and a report destination.
- 5Test with one intentionally cancellable upload.
Questions about this workflow
Can it cancel any pending upload automatically?
No. The webhook must provide the exact status id and explicit instruction to abort it.
Is aborting reversible?
Treat it as an operational cancellation. Confirm the supplied id and authority before running it.
