Save a cat reference for an Adrapid template
Keep the approved reference attached to the template work that will reuse it.
Trigger
Webhook received
Notis starts this workflow when an external tool or custom backend sends an HTTP request.
Action
Create Favourite
Saves an image as a favourite for later retrieval or filtering.
Why this helps
Template work often loses the source reference after the first campaign is delivered.
- Preserve a reusable template reference
- Separate template assets from one-off approvals
- Reduce repeated image hunting
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect Adrapid and Cats once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation for template reference saving.
- 3Tell Notis to read the supplied Adrapid template handoff and favourite the exact Cats image ID marked as the reusable reference.
- 4Choose a webhook and report channel, then test with one template handoff.
Questions about this workflow
How is this different from saving an approved campaign image?
This workflow saves an image explicitly designated for reusable template reference, not a one-off campaign approval.
What if the handoff lists several images?
The source must clearly identify one image ID as the reusable reference, or the operator must specify it.
