Review Bonsai space availability each quarter
A quarterly snapshot puts available spaces and relevant weather information into one place for planning ahead.
Trigger
Recurring schedule
Notis starts this workflow on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or during business hours.
Action
List Spaces

Why this helps
Long-range planning can start with stale assumptions when space availability and conditions are reviewed separately.
- Create a recurring quarterly availability snapshot.
- Bring weather information into the same review.
- Reduce the overhead of restarting a resource lookup.
Setup
Build it in a few focused steps.
- 1Connect AccuWeather and Bonsai once in the Notis portal.
- 2Create an automation in Automations, New Automation, and name it.
- 3In one instruction, ask Notis to list available spaces and include relevant weather conditions for planning.
- 4Pick a quarterly recurring schedule and choose where run reports go.
- 5Test with one real example and review the report.
Questions about this workflow
Does the workflow predict future availability?
No. It retrieves the spaces available when the workflow runs. AccuWeather conditions are context, not a forecast of Bonsai availability.
Can I change how often it runs?
Yes. Select a recurring schedule suited to your planning cadence.
